Selena’s first trip to Walt Disney World was in 1985. She remembers walking through the gates, her father’s big hand firmly clasped around hers, and a feeling of immense happiness and awe filled her as she looked on the Magic Kingdom for the first time. It really was a Dream Come True. It was only fitting that her decision to pursue becoming a Disney Vacation Specialist happened while at Walt Disney World 21 years later.
Each time Selena walks through the gates, the same feeling of childlike wonder thoroughly grips her and doesn’t let go. It doesn’t even fully leave once she returns home. She brings home more Disney Magic with her every trip. Selena’s enthusiasm comes from wanting her guests to experience the magical, meaningful, unforgettable, stress free vacations that are possible with Disney Vacations. *This* is why she plans Disney Vacations. Selena’s family tries to make several trips throughout the year and each trip is a learning experience. She brings home each new thing she has learned, eager to apply it towards helping her guests have the best experience possible. She has planned trips for many different types of families such as Couples without children, Families with varying ages of children, Multigenerational Families, and Older Couples.
