Terms & Conditions: The air portion, deposit and insurance (if applicable) must be applied 30 days prior to arrival or by 5PM on 3/18/09 when the package includes Alaska Airlines Kids Fly Free air. Once paid, tickets will be issued 30 days prior to arrival or by 3/18/09 whichever is sooner. Once payment is applied, change/cancel fees will apply. Alaska Airline tickets are non refundable 14 days or less prior to arrival. Changes made 14 days or less prior to arrival are subject to a change fee plus re-price to applicable new fare. Once air tickets are issued, change and cancel fees are $125 per ticket plus any additional cost for new airfare.
