Q. What destinations do you sell?

A. Our travel consultants specialize in Walt Disney World, Disney Cruise Line, the Disneyland Resort in California and Adventures By Disney family tours. We occasionally arrange trips to non-Disney destinations for established clients.

Q. I’ve submitted a request for pricing – how quickly should I expect a response?

A. Most requests are answered in 4 hours or less, 6 days a week. We respond quickest Monday through Friday, weekend responses can take a little longer. We answer each request in the order it was received.

Q. What knowledge and training do your consultants have?

A. All of our consultants have extensive knowledge of Disney, all are graduates of the College of Disney Knowledge. Each has taken extensive in-house and on-site training and visits a Disney destination at least once a year.

Q. How do we keep in contact with you?

A. While email is our preferred method of conversation, each consultant is available via a toll-free phone number, and is available to speak with you during their work hours. An Office Manager is available for those instances when your agent may be unavailable. Our main phone number is (888) MICKEY8 – that’s (888) 642-5398. Each agent has their own extension.

A. We help you get the most value for your vacation, by applying any current promotions that you are eligible for, and monitoring for new promotions. Detailed comparisons between the many available options can be provided to you. Using our knowledge and experience, we can guide you in planning a magical Disney Vacation, from dining reservations, to behind the scenes tours, golf, personal itineraries and much, much more.

Q. Is there any fee for your service?

A. No, the suppliers pay us a commission when we book travel with them.
