- Q: Who is behind the magic at Dream Come True Vacations?
A: The husband and wife team of Joe and Mary Raube are the Disney experts at Dream Come True Vacations. We provide a full service travel agency, bonded through our association with CLIA - Cruise Lines International Association. We are incorporated in the State of New Jersey as Dream Come True Vacations LLC. We carry Travel Agents Professional Liability Errors and Omissions Insurance.
Joe has been a Disney fan since his first trip to Walt Disney World in 1976. Joe began planning Disney vacations in 1997 and hasn't stopped since. Joe is a graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge.
Mary Raube is an accomplished Disney planner in her own right, and also a College of Disney Knowledge Graduate.
All of us are eager to assist you with your Disney vacation.

- Q: How do I get prices on a Disney Trip?
A: Use our Get a Free Disney Vacation Quote form. Someone should respond to your request in 24 hours or less. - Q: If we have other questions, how do we contact you?
A: Submit your question through the Contact Form. We will get back to you as soon as we can. - Q: I submitted a quote request/contact us form entry and haven't heard anything - why?
A: All of our forms are programmed to acknowledge your requests automatically, so you know that they got to us. You should receive a reply within a few minutes. If you don't, your email software may be blocking us.
Here is how to make sure that dreamcometruevacations.com emails are not filtered into your 'junk' or 'bulk' folder:
- Hotmail: place dreamcometruevacations.com on your Safe List (click on Contacts tab, choose Safe List from the menu on the left, enter dreamcometruevacations.com in the box, then click Add.
Hotmail users MUST do this or they will not receive email from us.
- AOL: place dreamcometruevacations.com in your Address Book
- Yahoo! Mail: if one of our emails is filtered to your 'bulk' folder, open the message and click on the This is Not Spam link
- Some spam filters: place dreamcometruevacations.com on the filter's whitelist or safe list
- Other ISP's: add our domains and email addresses into your address book. If they continue to be filtered, please call your ISP for instructions on how to modify the spam filters
