How Our Process Works:
1 – Once you fill in the form below, our system will assign you a tracking number and send you information on how to view your request online. Our consultants are also notified of a new request.
2 – We process the requests in the order in which they are received. Most requests are answered within the same work day, in many cases as fast as 4 hours, however, response times may be slightly longer on the weekends and in the evening.
3 – Please take time and review the information and then reply to your consultant with your feedback and any questions that you may have.
For best results, our process depends on a 2-way dialog being established between you and your consultant.
